Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Air Design Cooling System, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

Service Terms

1. Service Availability

We provide AC repair, installation, and maintenance services in Arwal and specified nearby areas. Service availability is subject to technician availability and location accessibility.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to provide same-day service, this is not guaranteed. Appointment times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Service Charges

Service charges are determined after diagnosing the AC issue. We provide a clear quote before starting any repair work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel appointments with at least 2 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service call charge.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the AC problem and location
• Ensure someone is present at the service location during the appointment
• Provide safe access to the AC unit for our technicians
• Disclose any previous repairs or modifications to the AC
• Make payment upon service completion as per agreed terms

Warranty and Liability

1. Service Warranty

We provide warranty on our repair work for a specified period as communicated at the time of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse or external factors.

2. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, damage caused by customer negligence, or consequential damages.

Spare Parts

We use genuine, manufacturer-approved spare parts whenever possible. In some cases, compatible alternatives may be used with customer approval. All spare parts come with their respective manufacturer warranties.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding our services, customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably. Disputes not resolved through discussion may be subject to arbitration under the laws of Bihar, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
